A Groves man has been sentenced to more than 10 years in federal prison for drug trafficking, 40-year
Dustin Joseph Collins was arrested in November of 2021 after a traffic stop on Highway 69 near Port
Arthur. Collins, who then attempted to flee of foot, was in possession of more than 231 grams of
methamphetamine. Collins, who pleaded guilty to the charges, was sentenced to 121 months yesterday.
