Beaumont police have released the name of a woman that was struck and killed by a vehicle on
September 15th. 37-year old Vanna Lynn Ball was found in a grassy area on Highway 347, near
Highway 69. The vehicle the struck her left the scene. Police say they have identified a suspect.
