Due to low pressure, a boil water notice has been issued for a section of Port Arthur. This includes the
Highland Heights and Taft additions of the city. Citizens are asked to boil water for at least two minutes
prior to consumption. The Texas Commission of Environmental Quality will lift the notice once the issues
have been resolved.
