Three are facing charges following a pursuit that started in Vidor and end in Calcasieu Parish Saturday.
Vidor police attempted to stop a vehicle when the driver sped off. Speeds exceeded 120 mph during the
chase. The vehicle crashed near mile marker #4 in Louisiana. The suspect fled the vehicle while firing
gunshots at the officers. The suspects were eventually taken into custody. The are facing multiple
charges, including attempted capital murder of a peace officer. The vehicle they were in was stolen
at gunpoint in Port Arthur. All three suspects are from Louisiana.
