The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Beaumont woman for murder. 40-year old Tracey Marie
Samuel is charged with the September 27rd shooting death of Delbert Charles Lewis and a home in the
8000 block of A and M Street in Jefferson County. Lewis died six days later.
