Early voting officially starts today for the November 7th election. Voters will decide several Constitutional Amendments. Included are Proposition 4 that increases homestead exemptions, Proposition 9 that has the protentional to impact the teachers from across the state, Prop 8 which would set aside $1.5 billion to improve access high speed internet across Texas, and one billion dollars administered by the Texas Water Development Board to support a wide range of projects.
