Lumberton police arrested a 21-year old man on five counts possession of child pornography. Lumberton
Chief of Police Danny Sullins tells KLVI Wyatt Ray Sawyer was taken into custody yesterday following a
two month investigation. During a search warrant in the 500 block of Jordan Drive, Sawyer was found to
be in possession of 2,000 files containing child pornography. Sawyer’s bond was set at $250,000.
