Today is Cyber Monday and the FBI is warning online shoppers to beware of scammers. Agents say scams range from untrustworthy or fake websites, to fake e-mails offering great deals, to phony charities. Smaller cyber scams run by individuals and groups are common.The FBI says it's good to remember the old adage, "if it looks to good to be true, it probably is."Online shoppers are expected to spend 13-billion dollars on Cyber Monday.
