A Jefferson County jury has sentenced 25-year old Bryce Ceasar, of Beaumont, to 30 years in prison. The
same jury convicted him on Friday for the 2021 death of 11 month of Ka’Oir Richard, the daughter of
his girlfriend. Cesar must serve at least 15 years before he becomes eligible for parole.
