Police in Orange have released the name of a man that was struck and killed by a vehicle Wednesday
night. 51-year old Scott Halstead was walking on the service road of I-10 West, near the new Stuckey’s
when he was hit. Halstead was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver remained on the scene and
gave a statement to police.
