Tex-Dot has reopened the Rainbow and Veteran’s Memorial Bridges between Bridge City and Port Arthur. At this time the only reported bridge closing is the swing bridge on East Roundbunch Road in Bridge City. Motorists are asked to use caution while driving on bridges and overpasses.
