The grand jury has indicted a Beaumont man for stalking. 39-year old James Timothy Rhoades is charged
with placing a tracking device on his ex-wife’s vehicle and going to the home of a friend of his ex and
ringing the doorbell. She feared for her and her children’s safety and contacted police. Rhoades admitted
placing the device on the vehicle.
