A $75,000 bond has been set on a Beaumont murder suspect. 25-year old Troy Cheek is charged with
Saturday night’s shooting death of 23-year old Aaron Roberts at the West End Crossing Apartments in
the 6500 block of Phelan in Beaumont. Shots were fired through a window striking Roberts, who died
at the scene.
