A Tuesday morning argument on Hamilton Street in Winnie ended with a man jailed. Jim Martin
is accused of hitting the victim with a hoe and then firing a gunshot at him. The shot missed the
victim. Martin is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon-family violence. The
investigation continues.
