Lumberton police have made an arrest in connection with a fatality. It was a week ago 69-year old
Sheila Ingram died in a collision on Highway 69 at West Chance Cutoff. This morning, police
arrested 36-year old Chase Keller, of Kountze. He has been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
His blood alcohol content was more than four times the legal limit. Kellar’s bond has been set at
$250,000.
