A 34-year old Port Arthur man convicted for shooting a 13-year old relative that refused his sexual
advances has been sentenced to 75 years in prison. The same jury that convicted Timothy Harris for
aggravated assault, sentenced him late yesterday. Harris still faces a charge of continuous sexual
assault of a child.
