A $1 million bond has been set on a Beaumont murder suspect. 56-year old Darrin White is
accused of using a baseball bat to beat 66-year old Dorsey Sias on May 30th in the 900 block of
Calder. White was arrested yesterday along with his girlfriend, Ebony Orwin. She is charged with
hindering apprehension. Her bond was set at $25,000.
