Beginning today, the southbound entrance onto Eastex Freeway, just before Delaware Street in
Beaumont, will be closed. This is part of the Eastex Freeway/I-10 interchange project. The ramp will be
closed for the duration of the project that is scheduled to start later this year and be completed in 2029.
