Area communities are making preparations for annual fireworks displays. In Beaumont, all the activity
will center around the Event Centre. Gates will open at 5:00 tomorrow afternoon with the fireworks
show scheduled to begin at 9:00 pm. This reminder, it is against many city ordinances across the
area to set off fireworks within the city limits.
