Body Of Drowning Victim Recovered In Newton County

The body of a drowning victim has been recovered in Newton County. The 24-year old victim was swimming with friends at Toledo Bend off of Ridgecrest Drive. He went under and did not resurface. His body was recovered Sunday morning.
