The Newton County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of a drowning victim. 23-year old Noah Roden was with a Lamar University group attending a ministries camp at Toledo Bend on Saturday when he went under, off of Ridgecrest Drive, and did not resurface. His body was found Sunday morning.
