A murder suspect is jailed. 19-year old Vonzell Hall, of Port Arthur, turned himself in to Groves police yesterday. He is the suspect in Saturday morning’s shooting death of 18-year old Jesus Garcia outside the Beverly Place Apartments in the 5300 block of Gulfway Drive. After talking with detectives, Hall was transported to the Jefferson County Jail.
