A Port Arthur teen has been indicted for murder. 19-year old Vonzelle Hall is charged with the August 10th shooting death of 18-year old Jesus Garcia outside the Beverly Place Apartments on Gulfway Drive in Groves. Surveillance video shows Garcia was possessing a gun when he was shot. Several people were in the parking lot of the complex at the time of the murder.
