Tiffiani McInnis, the daughter of Kimberly Langwell whose body was found buried in a Beaumont home this past June 25 years after she was reported missing, has filed a lawsuit against her mother’s accused killer Terry Rose. McInnis is asking Rose’s assets be frozen preventing him from selling property and other items. She is asking for an injunction. 172nd District Court Judge Mitch Templeton will make a decision on the injunction of Friday.
