One of two men charged with firing shots into Fire Station #2 on Helbig Road has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury. 20-year old Kindall Cortez Anderson is charged with deadly conduct. Several gunshots were fired into the fire station in the early morning hours on August 18th. The second suspect, Ellis Durio was arrested on September 4th.
