The body of a missing Beaumont man was found in his car after it was pulled from the Sabine-Neches River Channel late yesterday afternoon in Port Arthur. 80-year old Robert “Bob” Quinn was reported as a critical missing Monday afternoon by Beaumont police. Witnesses saw the car drive over the seawall into the waterway late Monday.
