No charges with be filed against Beaumont police involved in a fatal shooting. On August 24th, officers shot and killed 42-year old Manuel Arteaga during a disturbance in the 1800 block of Harriet. Arteaga was approaching the officers with a chainsaw when he was shot. The grand jury no-billed t he officers.
