A Nederland man is heading to federal prison for 20 years. 53-year old Tarrell Donald Nowlin was arrested following the January 16th armed robbery of the Speedy Stop convenience store on Eastex Freeway in Beaumont. Nowlin, who had three prior robbery convictions, pleaded guilty and was sentenced yesterday bu U.S. District Court Judge Marcia Crone.
