The owner of a Port Neches massage parlor has been arrested on a prostitution charge. Following an investigation, the 88 Massage Parlor, located in the 2400 block of Port Neches Avenue, was shutdown and 54- Furong Wen, of Lake Jackson, was transported to the Jefferson County Correctional Facility. The investigation followed complaints from neighboring businesses and the suspicious activity at 88 Massage.
