Nederland Chief of Police Gary Porter confirms they seized a gun from the home of a 9th grade student this morning. The student is accused of posting a picture of the gun on his Instagram yesterday with a message “Do not come to school tomorrow”. Chief Porter tells KLVI an arrest has not been made at this time.
