A Bridge City man convicted of possessing child pornography is heading to federal prison for 10 years. 34-year old Derek Wayne Winstead was arrested in March of 2022 following a search warrant of his home revealed four electronic devices containing over 300 images of child pornography. Winstead was convicted this past September and sentenced to the 120 months yesterday.
