A Beaumont teen that snuck a firearm into the South Texas State Fair in on his way to federal prison for nearly four years. This past March, 19-year old Damon Donte Henry was arrested after sneaking a fully loaded short barreled AR-15 style rifle into the fair. A 9mm handgun was also found in Henry’s backpack. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 46 months yesterday.
