An teenage robber who doesn’t know how to drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is facing charges.18-year old Kenyon Washington, armed with a gun, attempted to steal a postal truck Saturday afternoon in the 3500 block of 10th Street in Port Arthur. Washington couldn’t figure out how to shift gears. After police were called he fled on foot and was captured. He is charged with aggravated robbery. His bond set at $50,000.
