A fugitive with a felony warrant for indecency with a child is jailed in Jasper County. Sheriff Chuck Havard says 58-year old Robin Michael Phillips, of Roganville, was arrested Wednesday for the warrant that dates back to 2019. Phillips was arrested without incident and taken to jail.
