The name of a fatality victim has been released. Five vehicles and an 18-wheeler were involved in the Sunday afternoon wreck on I-10 east at Walden Road. Beaumont police report 62-year old Gloria Garza, of Corpus Christi, a passenger in a pickup, died at the scene. Her husband, who was driving the pickup, was listed in serious condition. NO other serious injuries reported. The crash closed the interstate for five hours. The wreck is under investigation.
