Baumont police are investigating an auto/pedestrian fatality. Police say a couple was in a disturbance last night in a vehicle on north Major Drive near Highway 105 when their dog jumped out of the vehicle. A female exited the car to check of the dog and was struck and killed by a vehicle that left the scene. That vehicle was later located.
