A Beaumont man will never see the outside of prison walls. Jefferson County District Attorney Keith Giblin has announced 49-year old Brian Edward Haley has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for continuous sexual abuse of a child and two 10 years sentences for indecency with a child. The 70 years will run consecutively without the possibility of parole. Hawley sexually abused two young sisters from July 2006 to December 2015. His victims were nine and four years old.
