A Beaumont man has been sentenced to just over seven years in federal prison. 33 year old Brian KeithMurphy was arrested in August of 2024 after gunshots were fired near a gas station on Concord in Beaumont. Video from the Beaumont Police Department’s Real Time Crime Center identified Murphy as the shooter. Murphy, with a criminal background, is prohibited from possessing a firearm. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 85 months yesterday.
