A Jefferson County jury has convicted a Fannett man of manslaughter in a fentanyl related death. 67-year old Harry Lowenthal provide the drug to Marion Janice in April of 2023 who died. The punishment phase of the trial begins today in Judge Raquel West’s courtroom.
