A man in jailed in Orange County accused of murdering his wife. 64 year old Robert Charles Howerton in charged in last night’s shooting death of 55 year old Tonya Lynn Howerton at the family home in the 1900 block of Hickory Drive in Vidor. Robert Howerton was arrested at the scene.
