Terry Rose, charged with the July 1999 murder of his girlfriend Kimberly Langwell, will go on trial. Appearing in Judge Rachel West’s courtroom Tuesday, the 68 year old Rose turned down a plea agreement that would of sent him to prison for 45 years. Langwell’s body was found buried in Rose’s home in June of last year, 25 years after she was reported missing. A trial date has not been set.
