A 20 year old Beaumont man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison after pleading guilty to murder. Algerreau McQueen was sentenced by Judge John Stevens for the May 2022 shooting death of 34 year old William Edwards near the intersection of Steelton and Fillmore in Beaumont.
