A Port Arthur man been sentenced to 50 years in prison after pleading guilty to intoxication manslaughter. In July of 2022, Christopher Henry James struck a motorcycle on Gulfway Drive killing James Addison of Port Arthur. Nearby video surveillance shows James backing over Addison before leaving the scene.
