A murder suspect is behind bars in Orange County. 28 year old Ocatvium Romaine Rhodes is charged with Tuesday night’s shooting death of a 36 year old man at the Velmar Jeter Apartments in the 2500 block of Allie Payne Road in Orange. The victim, from Pinehurst, died at the scene
