The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted two men for murder. 31 year old Murry Gibbs, of Port Arthur and 46 year old Lamond Hines, of Beaumont, are charged with the October 5th shooting death of Joseph Calvin Bihm. His body was found in his pickup in the 1400 block of Orange Street in Beaumont.
