A multi-vehicle wreck near Buna Monday morning has claimed the life of a Louisiana man. The DPS reports 38 year old Liborio Reyes of Jasper was traveling north on Highway 62 and attempted to pass a pickup in a no passing zone and jerked his vehicle back to avoid an oncoming car. He struck another northbound pickup forcing it off the road into trees killing the driver, a 43 year old Louisiana man. Reyes and a passenger in his pickup were not injured. The driver of the oncoming car, a 38 year old Kirbyville woman was not hurt.
