A 36-year old Beaumont man has pleaded guilty to federal drug charges. On March 7th, Kevin
Lee Husband was stopped by Beaumont police on a traffic violation. After getting consent to
search the vehicle, police found a loaded firearm, methamphetamine, marijuana, and over
$5,000 cash. A search of his home revealed drugs and a gun. Husband faces anywhere from
10 years to life in prison.
