Second Teen Certified To Stand Trial As An Adult

A second teen has been certified to stand trial as an adult in the June shooting deaths of Kera

Teel and her unborn daughter. 15-year old Corey Spencer, who was 14 at the time of the

murders, is the alleged gunman. 15-year old Johnny Phifer will also go to trial as an adult.

A third suspect in the shooting is 23-year old Dustin Bernard. All three are charged with

capital murder.
