Man Accused Of Attacking Officer Appears In Court

A transient accused of attacking a Sour Lake police officer this past May appeared in a Hardin

County courtroom yesterday where he was arraigned. 45-year old Bradley Joseph Pruitt, who

pleaded not guilty, is accused of attacking Officer William McKeon outside a Sour Lake meat

market then stealing the officer’s patrol car. Officer McKeon is in rehabilitation and is still

recovering from the attack.
