Beaumont police are investigating a possible homicide. The body of 60-year old Reily Lee
Frances, a Beaumont man, was found in a ditch yesterday morning in the 3000 block of Roland.
Frances was paralyzed from the waist down and his wheelchair was not nearby. His vehicle was
found in the 4100 block of Maida at Norhtridge Manor. Police spoke with 33-year old Melanie
Carry, who may have been the last person to see Frances alive. Anyone with any information can
